What We Do

We begin by identifying what makes you YOU. You are not the same as anyone else. Your constitution and your life experiences have created your unique reality. Together, we take a deep dive into what is (and what isn’t) nourishing you on and off your plate (your diet, daily routines, relationships, sleep, career, spirituality, self care, & so much more) in order to formulate your unique recipe for life that will bring harmony to your mind, body, and soul. By exploring behaviors around food and lifestyle, you will learn to tap into your body’s innate wisdom and finally understand exactly what you need to flourish.

How We Do It

Your 12-week program includes an Initial Consultation, a Report of Findings, and 10 Follow Up Visits. This allows us to establish a solid foundation, cultivate forward momentum, and implement new practices that will last a lifetime. I’ve found that 3 months is the minimum amount of time it takes to really heal the body and mind on a deep level. Sustainable change does not happen overnight. By implementing changes slowly and steadily, and having support and accountability along the way, these changes become habit and part of your everyday. My goal is to help you strengthen your intuition and learn to listen to your body’s needs so that when our 3 months together are over, you can move through life feeling empowered, strong, balanced, and at ease.

The Agenda

WEEK 1

We meet for a 2-hr Ayurvedic Consultation which includes a health history, physical assessment, and tongue & pulse readings (if in person). Then, behind the scenes, I calculate your unique doshic balance, identify the causes of any imbalances you are experiencing, and develop your personalized roadmap to wellness.

WEEK 2

We meet for a 30-min Report of Findings where I will give you your Ayurvedic Assessment Summary and outline your personalized plan. This is where you will receive your first recommendations.

WEEK 3-12

We meet for 50-min weekly for 10 weeks. We go over your previous week’s recommendations, track your progress, and continue adding new recommendations as we go. Little by little, you come back home to you.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you will:

  • Learn your unique doshic makeup aka what makes you YOU through the lens of Ayurveda

  • Learn the nature of your imbalances so you know what to avoid and what to include

  • Incorporate new foods and habits that bring balance to your body and mind

  • Track each of your symptoms and celebrate all of your wins, big and small

  • Learn the intricate connection between your mind and your gut

  • Develop personalized self-care routines that leave you feeling nourished and ready to take on the world

  • Master 12-36 new habits and practices to carry with you throughout the rest of your life

  • Move forward with a brand new, beautiful sense of self
